Since Prof. DS recommended this book of his in class, I find it necessary to peruse some chapters and browse the others.
The main reason I write a review even before reading it is today's class. I simply cannot believe that an outstanding political scientist could have such a questionable command of history. The Cold War started with the Soviet Occupation of East Europe and East Berlin! Seriously??
