I enjoy the different magical things that these students learn. The story focuses on the story itself but the moral is that when we learn new things, when we go out in the world, there might be a learning curve. Some people may do the same thing as you maybe even better but their belief system may be totally different and Kyana’s magic/purpose is so endearing. She should not compare herself.

I think this book really has heart. It’s fun, I feel like the MC is like a young version of J Elle. Kyana is sooo excited, surprised, the witchcraft is enjoyable. Substitute this book for the HP series and yeah! The way a wand is made is unique. Her own hair, her purple wand. Potions is interesting… even the charms especially how they continually work on pronouncing words. Vital to get spells done.
