this is puzzling. a drowned stranger shows up on the shore of a soon abandoned seed bank near the antarctic, and despite a family saving her life and taking care of her, she is immediately and constantly suspicious of them and her safety.

also, i suspect this will turn into a romance at some point and I’m preemptively annoyed
