i cannot lie this is the first one of these books that has not gripped me in such a way that i cannot bring myself to put it down, if anything getting close to the halfway point and i can hardly bring myself to pick it up. don’t get me wrong the story is still wonderful but the connection between rowan and aelin just feels odd in this, as well as her attitude towards everyone else :/ we will see how it improves !
