I find it always so interesting how very common thoughts and realizations I've had at 14 are somehow life-changing epiphanies and "hard-to-swallow-pills" in self-help books for adults.

Irono Yami Wouldnt that mean, you grew up to fast? 👀 like - "how often do you think about death" "a few times daily, the normal amount" I don't remember exactly what the therapist response was, but something about there is no normal amount or normal is to think about it 2-3 times a year - kind of situation. You know what im trying to say? 🤔😅

Sure, but I disagree that that's the case here. It's more about privilege imo. Some people - in this case: wealthy white men - grow up never thinking about struggle because they rarely are faced with actual struggles. So, someone like that writing a book like this can only be insightful to a certain group of people, I think.
