Oml dit leest zooo veel makkelijker dan lotr ik ben echt released van me shackles.
Approaching this as a big fan of the movie, I am already super surprised by all the extra elements that the book goes into, though thats what books vs movies usually do, but it all adds an extra layer to what already interested me.

I really like how more depth to the story is added through other characters. As the narrator, Sofie isn’t necessarily flawed or unreliable, but we do see it through her eyes, and I love how Wynne Jones provides more context through the perspectives of other characters, which then leaves the reader to judge their own personal vieuw on the situation! Ok anyway thats all<3

Alsoo I thought it would be a bit out of my comfortzone because I suspected it might be very romcom like, buuut so far I am loving the storybuilding, and its clear that the book is more than just a lovestory.
