After I had read all of the hairy Bosch books, I decided that I would go back and read some of Michael Connolly‘s earliest works. This is one of them.

Although a few of the technological differences from the early 80s and 90s are different and a little laughable, the story really has some great twists. There’s even enough sex in the book to make you keep reading laid into the night. Laugh. Four stars.
