I'm definitely a cat lover & would recommend to other cat lovers or at least animal lovers. As an animal rescuer myself, I liked how the cats were strays who became their person's best friend & confidante. If you don't believe in the magical power of cats (& dogs) in picking up on their owners' emotions & providing comfort then this book isn't for you! I found it a nice calm comforting story.
