Excellent explanations of modernity and politics esp. as it relates to France in the mid 19th century.

Alright. This is fun. The essay addressing Darwin and his understanding of aesthetics in relations to evolution and gender is interesting. The complete lack of taking into account social factors for a strictly biological focus is unsurprising.
