Like, am I supposed to be surprised that Huck was created by the sorceress? Is that supposed to be a reveal? Because he's clearly been tied to her somehow this whole time.

Okay I have to talk about Sanderson's worst writing habit. He'll have a conversation happen or something be revealed in a scene, great. But he has to make 100% sure the reader gets in. And in his case it means having a character not fully understand and have whatever was just revealed explained to said character by another. He uses this over-explaining technique way to often. It was fine at first, now im annoyed.
