Gave up on the audiobook because, while I like Carey Mulligan as an actress, I do NOT care for her as a narrator. Too much stupid whispering and lower-than-anyone-can-hear characters. Moved on to read the paperback.
... except now I'm frustrated with all the apostrophes instead of actual quotation marks! What's up with that?

Might have to switch to the actual book instead of audio because of Carey Mulligan's narration. I like her as an actress, and her reading is technically good, but it's a bit too breathy for me. Getting annoying. Unfortunately, this means getting back on the wait list at the library for an ebook or hard copy.
