Victory Programs to purchase a cluster of vacant lots across the street from the home. Using soil from a local cemetery (isnt that bad!) and composted manure from a local zoo and the Boston Police Department’s fleet of horses, residents and community members primed the land for optimal sun exposure, drainage, and aesthetic integration into the neighborhood.
