Okay I am getting used to Peter. It’s nice. I’m slightly confused what exactly is going on. The end of chapter 3 offers a start of a plot though and chapter 4 starts by discussing the events of chapter 2 so there is some event-based chronology developing I suppose!

Good lord the way the chapters of Peter are written is so annoying to me.
Characters and plot are good and I like the Ivan chapters put Peter. Pffffff, it may make sense to write it like this but that does not justify that it’s unreadable
