The author brings us a Persian backdrop but she names her male character “Kamran” 😭 I feel like I’m reading about my cousin Kamran instead of a fantasy book

Miss Maam took the Islamic narrative and added it into her book. I just hope we don’t tread into blasphemous grounds— that’ll be very uncomfortable.
