Still getting depressing. Clay has listened to Ryan’s tape and now his tape. First Ryan is an immature jerk and in the show had a pretty punchable face and his voice was very cocky, secondly Clay’s tape was depressing. I do feel bad for Clay, he wanted to love Hannah and so did she, but she was suffering and struggling a lot she couldn’t bring herself. It’s about to get even darker in the next few chapters.

It’s getting a bit more darker and depressing now. Knowing that Hannah’s world was falling apart and that she had one form of keeping herself together which were unknown encouraging notes, but Zach took that away from her out of pettiness. Also I’ve been skimming through the pages pretty fast, I’m doing well for my first time reading a book in a while, even if this books is depressing and sad.

Pretty interesting, I like how it’s split between two narratives. Makes it more interesting, one minute Clay is talking about every little thing he does around town and eating, meanwhile Hannah is talking about the people who treated like her shit. We’ve learnt about Justin, Alex, Jessica, Tyler, Courtney and now we’re learning about Marcus.
