She’s 5ft tall malnourished girl and somehow I’m supposed to believe she can beat up men three times her size and know how to fight? I think that is the most ridiculous thing about this book.

Why did everyone say the banter in these books is good? Not good. So annoying and the same thing over and over.

These books are all entirely too long. Pae’s internal monologue is just the same thing over and over. Kai’s my enemy. I’m so attracted to him. I hate him. I’m ordinary not special. I’ll die soon. And that’s it. She is so boring. Kai is only slightly more interesting. These books could have been condensed to just one.
