is not living up to my expectations. lacks substantial discussions about politics showing up in therapy. feels really shallow and underexplored
for a book that calls intersectionality and essential framework, clients’ identities are rarely disclosed except for the single label the author is using for each chapter. to me, absense of these intersecting identities is taking colorblind approach to different identities.
