Just ran into another icky character development moment. Pgs 92 and 93 Kath is enjoying the brilliant morning in her late grandmother's small town, and then is assaulted by car exhaust. She 'coughed dramatically' by the window, then bitched about carcinogens and the fact that the driver is wearing earbuds, then left after calling him a moron. Kath's unlikeability is adding up in this book.
