i like how the author sneaked a little peak from everyone’s pov at the moment that they think they’re all gonna die

i don’t understand his reasoning of not going with iris

okay the author kind of spoiled what would happen to roman at the end of the previous book when forest appeared. iris is doing very predictable stuff like stealing the typewriter from the museum like girl i saw that happening the moment she mentioned she left hers behind but anyways. it feels like the action is starting to fasten up a little bit.

i still don’t know if i wanna read this now but i’m just too scared to read a brandon sanderson book yet so i’ll just spend time with this but it’s the “missing person” trope that makes it really boring for me
