Interesting reading, though I suspect I’m a slacker by the standards of the author. Some interesting tidbits so far:
1. Worse menopausal symptoms correlate somewhat to body weight and obesity
2. Running is the endurance sport with the greatest likelihood of injury
3. Plyometrics is a high-reward training tool with a very high risk of injury. As I leaned the hard way early this year
