I’m not sure how I got this far in. I love Tolkien and Lewis but I didn’t realize that this book was just going to be WWII history with a side of how amazing christianity is. I know that religion was an important part of both of their lives but so far there is so little time devoted to actually discussing the authors? Most of their experience with war as told by the author is pure conjecture. Disappointing.
