finally halfway through 😭

i have such a bone to pick with the phrase "[do this] if you're physically able" in self-help or spiritual contexts because 98% of the time they offer no alternative!!! if it's so necessary why are you not offering an alternative if someone can't do it!!!

this writing really pisses me off where is the editor

typos, self-righteous tone, no sources or actual discussion, "i'm going to tell you that everyone is different we all make our own paths while also implying that there is a right way and it's my way," this reads like a blog from the mid-2000s

stop virtue signaling and waffling about and just like. make your points good lord

I'm finding this book a tad bit too casual for my tastes. It feels like a blog more than a book at this point
