3.5 stars…I had some fundamental issues from the jump. I liked Grady’s character, I liked Mya’s character…I feel like Mya’s backstory felt mismatched with Grady’s obsessiveness, given her history. I also could not stand to read her call her “baby” one more time.

The FMC is not my favorite…which is disappointing because Addy from the first book in the series was instantly likeable. Mya feels…juvenile.
