I'm hating it a little less, but I just really hate how informal it is. It also feels like an ad for CBT lol like why.

So far this book is making me feel so smart. The authors are taking some basic ideas and wrapping them up with a bow and some big words and acting like it's some big philosophical, mind-blowing thing. It feels very antiliberal and against people simply asking for safe spaces in universities. Or it's taking an extreme group/idea and acting like the entire generation thinks the same. Maybe I just need to read further.
