A fun absurdist read, but mixes in feelings of jealousy or desire to throw off the chains of expectations and all responsibility- a childish fantasy of no accountability. A big Lebowski-like character that said fuck it all. Abandoning his family and children makes all the naïveté here pretty gross however.
