Really cool. I love how all the stories end in the exact right moment. They all have open endings, but the right kind. I believe that Murakami mastered the open endings :)) They don't leave you on the edge, but they more like make you understand that these stories are like glimpses in some people's lives (even if only fictional). And life is not a full story with a definite ending or structure

Now I see why people say that he doesn't know how to write women, haha. Even the character says herself that she is empty, that there's absolutely nothing inside her.

I also want to move to a random town just for the sole purpose of making bonfires (or feeding a special interest)

This is my kind of fiction! I found it! I love Murakami's style so far. There are so many moments and things that the characters say which just make you wonder "What the fuck?! What is thaaaaat all about?? Is this a conspiracy? Is someone going to get murdered? Kidnapped by aliens?? Are they a vampire???" I have no clue what tf is going one. But all the characters talk as if they were high, I love the absurdism!
