I don’t know about this book. I know I can do slow burn, but this? It’s not very interesting. I also feel a third act break up coming so… I think I am going to take a break. I was trying to read this before it releases, but I don’t think I can take it. I might get another slump by then

The beginning is slow. I think the first book was better. London might be a better man, but the story is so slow it is hard to get excited.

I like how the beginning of the book ties so well into the end of the last book. The beginning starts with the epilogue of All to Reel, the first book of the series, but from a different perspective. While it does not need to be read first it ties in very smoothly.
