Okay getting better, good use of the priest and absurdist themes (only took 3 quarters of a wishy washy novel to get here kmt)- also acc further ahead, this update just never saved

Doing a quick Sparknotes on who the characters are (cuz I can’t keep up) has made all the difference… obvs at the cost of me spoiling who the mystery narrator is

Can’t tell if this book’s hard to follow, or if I couldn’t concentrate over the babbling of some little shit toddler on the train… still some beautiful passages tho
