sometimes the repressive conditions of our reality that this book discusses get exhausting to read and reread. I often hear myself think 'I'm living it so I don't need reminding that it sucks!'
but then there's a little check-in or worksheet like the Gentleness/Rigor Assessment Tool or the Numbness Questionnaire that remind me to look inward. and that's where the hope lives.
