This book is not for me but I am gritting my teeth and pushing through to the end.

I’m sorry but it is so unconscionably stupid to risk this over a snail. Like please how can I suspend my disbelief and like these characters when they are acting so stupidly

This isn’t bad but is it good? Idk. It doesn’t feel like a great sign when a book hasn’t grabbed me yet and I’m almost halfway through.
