RF Kuang where to start?

I mean I haven't rly read much of her books. Yellowface is kinda mid tbh and poppy war so far is good but I don't rly think it's ur genre. Like it says it's a historical fiction based on the opium wars but it's so very very loosely related that it's pretty much just a fantasy book where ppl eat poppy seeds
