Its getting easier to read but still snoozing

Am confused

I genuinely have no idea what’s going on because the detective dude is lying, the archeology guy is lying, and all the stories they tell about people are also lies. Everybody is an unreliable narrator

There’s so much going on already. Just a bunch of old men who like to ramble in letters.
