Attempting to read this but it's not holding my interest. I imagine at the time it would have seemed much more open and exciting, however in comparison to what I've been reading it's just a bit bland. There's also a lot of telling rather than showing and overly descriptive regarding people's appearances. None of this interested me. Might DNF, will think about it.
