Recently ran 120km across Spain / Portugal for ‘fun’ and reading this has reminded me I am very sane for doing so. Also, more people (I was going to say everyone but that would be a little unfair) should run an ultramarathon in their lifetime. I promise it’s not just aimless self-destruction. Although it might well be that. We’ll only know when we’re dead. Hehe
