Weird choice to make the American edition set in Connecticut without changing any of the obvious tells this was written by a British person (a lawyer and realtor not having AC in their house, using “ring” instead of “call”, etc). They could’ve just left its original setting as it was, I promise that American kids/teens know that the UK exists.
