WHY do we keep reading and hyping up books that are just so deeply upsetting and say NOTHING??? also there should be a trigger warning that an animal dies cause that SUCKED and was so unnecessary. NONE of the characters are likable and it makes me upset. the worst part is that, much like blue sisters, this is really fucking well written - the prose is beautiful. the story, however, sucks ass. welcome to my ted talk
