Just read the first ‘spicy’ scene between Adeline and Zane.
I knew this was going to be dubcon/cnc territory since this is a dark romance, but UGH.
Zane thinks so high and mighty of himself - takes his career in stride - because he’s putting an end to countless organisations responsible for the assault on women and children, but he’s just as bad as them and it takes away any appeal of his character tbh
