I read this for the first time last oct. during a Katonah yoga training and here I am again nine months later doing the same thing. While I continue to find interesting synchronicities between the book and the yoga material I was/am learning, this book is a bit juvenile. There are parts I connected with and parts I didn’t, but for the most part I enjoyed it for what it was.
