dove back in - just as corny as i remembered (in both the PhD stereotype aspects and the plot aspects)

look, i DNFed this book like over a year ago
the reason? not bc it was corny
the REAL reason: i found out it was kylo ren/rey fanfic and that the main guy was supposed to look like adam driver
nothing wrong with that man, but whenever i think of him, i see that image of him when he looked wide in star wars and stood like 🧍‍♂️
since this is being made into a movie, i will look past that and finish this book
