Charlie is now an expert for reals at his job he learned to not look behind if you can look forward. Meaning to get over his past if he can look forward.
He as always decides he is going to quit so he does quit. It takes a lot of time for him to get the privilege of being able to quit. But he manages to do it.

Charlie is now over the depressive state. He misses the female so he decides to meet her spirit. Charlie sees her alone, sitting in her bed. He approaches her and let's her know he is there. She doesn't question his appearance and asks if he is there to take her away. He nods but also disagrees. She says, then what do you do and Charlie said I'm here to help you, she later thanks Charlie for saving her and dissape..

After completing so many times his missions Charlie went back and so the beautiful girl, she was about to commit suicide and Charlie tried as hard as he could to make her change her mind but all was in vain Charlie understood what she had gone througt,

Charlie has come out of the gloomy side at least for a little. He is now going back to his missions and doing much better on them. It all started when Charlie went for alone time to the city and fell in love with a beautiful woman. He knew it was worthless to try to talk to him since she could not see him but he was still happy.

Charlie is now on a depressive state. He feels rejected and lonely. He is going through a lot. He is also reminiscing about his past life and he is trying to think back. As what he could have done instead of wasting his life. As Charlie is becoming engulfed in his path more and more missions are piling up.

Charlie encountered a man dead before he got there. Which had a huge impact on him. The man jumped from a bridge and drowned. He met the ghost and the ghost told Charlie that the girl he loved always made a stop in this spot, so he killed himself so he could always be with her.

Now Charlie has to help a little girl that is very stubborn to see the light but it seems that this will be his greatest challenge yet. The girl refuse to go until he does something nice for her although he hates children. But it seems that the little girl made her way through his heart.

Charle seems to be having trouble getting his job done but he does his best to finish it. So he starts doubting himself again and wants to quit but he is not allowed. So he goes to another mission to help a couple with some issues that have no clue their dead and they refuse to believe him, so now he is trying to convince them.

Charlie limps through his malaise until he receives a special assignment from the president of the Institute--to see to the soul of one Alice Spiegel, a soon-to-be suicide and is surprised with options: Be a Ferryman or save the girl. Your choice.Alice Spiegel has lost her mother and a serious relationship, and her career prospects are DOA.

Harry the main character became a vengeful student after he failed one of the missions which was to help a spirit to cross over the other world.
He later feels empty, so he writes letters to the institution asking the to let them leave, but the institute refuses the thousand letters.
