I usually don’t read non fiction but my dad found this for me at a book sale on vacation and it’s actually rly interesting!!

Ugh but It says page 3 but that’s cause it’s not counting the intro which was over ten pages 😭

Surprisingly interesting and keeping my attention! So far the guy has done an an experiment where he only breathed through his mouth for ten days and there were a bunch of negative health impacts 😳😬🤯
