Its on my tbr and I've heard the 2nd book is even better, but Ive been hesitating because of the trigger warnings.

He’s awful and I love him 🥹 STICK WITH IT!! I just read this series last month too! Personally, I’d recommend that you have the short story The Summer Palace lined up to read right after King’s Rising (if you end up reading the trilogy, that is!)
