So far, the characters have little depth and without any backstory or hinting, they become an item after a one night stand with another stranger. Also, the timing in the book doesn’t add up. It will be lunch time and after a few sentences of them speaking it’s already past sunset. So, there is no descriptive details to keep the reader aware of what’s happening, you’re just plunged into a new scene.
