I was led to beleive that Denethor didn't care about his son Faramir, turns out i was wrong!

While reading, I found myself at awe at Theoden's unwavering courage and loyalty. Considering he went straight into "battle mode" after he was under a spell for a long time, going to war to protect his people despite his old age is deeply admirable.
