I just started this book and it's off to a bad start. Banks do not keep an inventory of what customers put in their safe deposit boxes. Bank employees do not watch a customer look through their boxes. Banks aren't supposed to open customer boxes without the customer present. Yet all of this has happened within the first few pages.
