Based on some interviews I read with Claire-Louise Bennett, I thought this would be a book for me. But it isn’t. It’s a struggle. Okay, I can see she’s a great Writer, she’s smart and has a sense of humour, that is sometimes also mine, but the book is one big experiment. Quite often I don’t know what she’s saying. It’s full of anecdotes, thoughts, considerations which go nowhere. She has my sympathy, but I can’t foll
