Really wish I saw the review that says this more an essay collection around the concept of unplugging & not a how-to in any way before I started. Though you would think a book literally titled “How to Do Nothing” would at least have something in the way of direct guidance. Still gonna try to stick it out, love essay collections, but not what I was hoping for when starting this book
