This appears to be a page torn from the chronicles of marriage. Jane and Alan MacKenzie. Nothing glaringly spectacular about them...until the charismatic Alan sustains a long standing back injury that doesnt appeal to be healing. The marriage appears to be in a downward spiral...and the MacKenzies are changing as a couple...and individuals. The question is...Can they spiral up and out?

In walks Delia Delaney...and her husband Henry Hull to the Unger Center for Humanities as guests for the university writing forum. Alan is powerfully drawn to Delia. Both are writers whose subjects lightly parallel. Jane is mildly uncomfortable with the vibes she's receiving from Henry...and does not particularly care of Delia. Seems like a recipe for 'swinger activity' but I shouldnt suggest it openly...yet.
