Overview of the Naga people’s claims for sovereignty. I mainly know of the area through WWII and the battles of Kohima and Imphal as are discussed here including some Naga connections with the Japanese and the Bose.

Listened to the two part episode of American Prestige podcast and had to check it out. Got it free because of a program from the author’s academic post, The Ohio State University, so thanks to them. Weaving a story of the limits of decolonization in the post-war era and some international advocacy groups from Nagaland to Namibia is right up my alley. Especially the interactions with industrial concerns.
