I hate the characters. Rich college kids in a secret society that practically controls the country. The only real stake they have is being picked off by others in the 1%. It's rather gross. Not to mention, there is no substance to the characters outside of sex. Blakely is a glorified sex slave who has trauma bonded to Ryat. He manipulates and abuses her like he's doing her a favor. They both suck as people.
